Basic Shopify Course FAQ

You are able to make your payment through credit card, PayNow or your SkillsFuture Credits.

To secure your slot for the workshop, please ensure that all payments are completed before the workshop date.

Upon successful payment by SkillsFuture credits, you will receive the payment invoice by email.

This invoice has to be submitted after logging into your account at the SkillsFuture website to process and approve the claim.

It is important to ensure that the name provided is the full name on your Identification Card.

After we approve and verify the claim on our end, your slot will be confirmed and an email will be sent to you, providing the Zoom details for the workshop.

Please note only approved claims will be allocated a slot to attend the Basic Shopify Course.

If you don't have enough SkillsFuture credits to cover the entire payment, please contact us.

You can still make a partial claim with your available credits and pay the remaining amount by credit card/PayNow but please contact us first to notify us.

Our 1 day Basic Shopify Course is $450 and fully claimable with SkillsFuture Credits and UTAP funding. So if you have at least $450 Skillsfuture credits, your course fee will be $0.

Please inform us as soon as possible if you are not able to attend our workshop by contacting us. We will reschedule your slot to the next workshop date.

In the event that you do not attend our workshop or without prior notice(even though we have confirmed your slot by email), there will be a penalty administrative charge of $150 and once paid, the remainder of course fee of $300 will be refunded to you.

You will need to book another time slot, make another full payment if you wish to attend our next workshop.

If payment was made using SkillsFuture credits, once your claim for SkillsFuture credits had been approved, any request to not attend our workshop will be imposed an administration charge of $150. You are not allowed to use your SkillsFuture credits to pay for the cancellation administration charge which has to be paid separately by Credit Card / PayNow. We will contact you to follow up on the payment and after it is paid, your SkillsFuture credits will then be refunded.

After your transaction is successfully processed, we do not send out reminders for our workshop.

You will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom meeting details a few days before the workshop.

However, in the event that the workshop does not occur or if we fail to meet the minimum requirement of 2 participants, you will receive an email. We will provide you with an option to take part for our next available workshop dates.

Punctuality is highly valued and we aim to begin and conclude all classes promptly. If feasible, we kindly request that you join the Zoom meeting on time at 9:30am.

However, should you be more than 30 minutes late, we recommend you attend the next workshop, as arriving later may result in missing a substantial portion of the session and the trainer will not be repeating the information. This fairness consideration extends to all workshop participants and we sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

Kindly be aware that your participation in the workshop implies automatic consent for photo and video recording, which may be used for fulfilling course attendance requirements by SkillsFuture.

No. You will have to attend the workshop personally. Another individual cannot attend the workshop on your behalf as it is non-transferable.
